Unless arranged in advance, you should be home during the scheduled appointment. If you prefer an estimate, in most cases we can provide an approximate range over the phone in most cases. Our Process

Maintenance and More arrives at the scheduled appointment time with a variety of tools and supplies. Our technicians have an average of 10 years of experience in the trades and are fully insured.

The Work

We’re happy to work with whatever materials you supply—paint that you want to be used, kitchen tile or drywall that you have purchased. If there are additional materials needed for your job, there are a couple of options:

Have us pick up the materials for you for an additional fee.
Our technician can begin work on your project while you do the shopping for any additional materials your technician needs to complete the job.

When you hire Maintenance and More, you and your property are protected. our technicians are fully insured for accidental damage and workers’ compensation. If one of our handymen is injured while performing work in your home or business, you are free of liability.

Contracts

For jobs over $1000 a contract must be signed in order to protect all parties involved

Payment for Work Completed

Most often, services are billed on a per project basis upon project completion. Depending on the project size there may be down payment required as well. Our work is backed by our done right guarantee. After we leave your home, if you find a problem with the workmanship performed, simply give us a call and we will return to address the problem.
